| As a direct result of presentations made by town planners and architects during an event in West Bromich organised to garner local opinion with regard to the building of a new arts centre - now called 'The Public' notes were taken, word for word. These notes were then read to camera from the top of West Bromich's tallest building. The subsequent video was played back to the delegates, including those who had originally spoken the words. The final video agenda twenty-one, a list of numbers has sub-titles added in order to objectify the reading of the text. | |||
